- Internal consultant in EDS (Electronic Data Systems). Global IT outsourcer. I work in the Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) group on the DWP Account. My main roles there are Change Programme Management and Organisational Design expert. I also have a significant Communications brief. Before joining EDS in 2006 I freelanced for 5 years and before that was with Unilever for 21 years - initially as an Environmental Scientist (biodegradation) and later in various IT and Change roles.
