In 2000, Mick Cope published a book presenting the idea of a personal Knowlege profile (called imaginatively the K-profile) - see http://tinyurl.com/3ll3s4 for the Amazon details. Sam (who reviews it) was my partner at Unilever in trying this out. Regardless of the value of the K-profile, and I have my doubts, this presents a good model of how a personal VSM profile might be presented and published. Mick made a fortune out of it I believe.
